For 15 years, I helped lead massive digital transformations at multiple Fortune 100 companies. I owned a mission-critical app with a 350k user base. I traveled the globe deploying complex flight operations solutions inside the largest airlines in the world.Then in 2018, I had finally had enough. Enough of the dysfunction, the politics, and the lack of accountability rampant in most large organizations.So I left the corporate world and immersed myself in the land of small business. I met amazing founders and business leaders who were putting everything they had into growing their small businesses.It was a sight to behold. Until they begin to struggle, fall down, and sometimes not get back up.That’s when I knew I wanted to be a hero to those owners and business leaders who have a vision but need help bringing that dream into reality.Now I partner with extraordinary Visionaries as their Second-In-Command, to create, grow, and sustain healthy, compassionate businesses.When I’m not busy building great companies, I partner with my wife to coach the next generation of healthy, compassionate leaders…starting with our four children.
